Description

  • Contribute to the Product Support backlog.
  • Keep CX, Engineering, and Business teams updated on issues and investigations.
  • Quickly resolve issues escalated by the first support level.
  • Monitor tools, respond to alerts, and create new monitors when needed.
  • Participate in incident management and post-mortem processes, including detection, creation, research, and follow-up.
  • Build detailed reports on KPIs and trends.
  • Track incidents that may affect systems and communicate impact and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Help define OKRs and support continuous improvements in monitoring and incident management.
  • Support the team’s expansion as operations grow nationwide.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • More than 4 years of experience as a product support analyst, business analyst, functional analyst, data analyst, or in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience running or owning incident response or incident management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to write detailed user stories.
  • Ability to run intermediate SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of an API tool such as Postman and ability to perform basic tests.
  • Solid technical background in technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
