Description

  • Develop, implement, and optimize a full-funnel paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and scale multi-million dollar paid social budgets while improving CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Drive incremental customer acquisition while maintaining campaign efficiency and profitability.
  • Launch high-volume creative and campaign tests to combat creative fatigue and improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Use media mix modeling and incrementality testing to understand channel impact.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Creative team to develop and test high-converting static, video, and UGC ads.
  • Design and execute A/B testing roadmaps for creative, audience, bidding, and ad format strategies.
  • Partner with Growth Product and CRO teams to test landing pages that improve conversion rates.
  • Work with Brand, Product, Tech, Data Science, and CRM teams to align paid social efforts with broader growth and retention goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with an emphasis on paid social in high-growth DTC companies.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Experience working with US clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in performance marketing or a highly commercial role.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Mixpanel.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets at high-growth companies and/or performance marketing agencies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing or tech-related subjects such as adtech, data science, engineering, economics, marketing, or business.
  • Collaborative attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative-minded approach with an interest in building a cohesive brand presence across marketing touchpoints.
  • Preferred: experience or familiarity with automation, AI, and machine learning tools for optimization.
