Description

  • Build and manage a high-performing paid social team across strategy, planning, and activation.
  • Develop direct reports through mentorship, feedback, and coaching on paid social best practices.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of each client’s business and portfolio goals.
  • Lead collaboration and execution to deliver paid social campaign strategy, planning, and activation.
  • Serve as the escalation point for client issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams and leadership.
  • Manage major client deliverables and presentations, including executive presentations, FBRs/QBRs, annual reviews, and strategy meetings.
  • Oversee new client onboarding to establish strategy, account processes, and a strong performance start.
  • Ensure the team adopts best practices and testing recommendations prioritized by the agency.
  • Scale management layers and establish career paths and goals for team members.
  • Identify succession plans and support talent development and upward mobility.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of paid social experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing media or marketing role.
  • Experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members into more senior roles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Meta and paid social direct-response tactics.
  • Deep knowledge of upper-funnel campaign strategy.
  • Experience implementing and interpreting Brand Lift Studies (BLS).
  • Ability to audit accounts and present actionable insights to clients.
  • Experience serving as a client escalation point and recommending service improvements.
