Description

  • Support new member enrollment by verifying eligibility, collecting intake details, and explaining program benefits.
  • Guide members and caregivers through the meal ordering process and help build confidence during onboarding.
  • Ensure members receive meals consistently and conduct proactive outreach to prevent service gaps and missed deliveries.
  • Assist members with limited digital literacy in placing or modifying meal orders.
  • Process special requests such as allergies, medically indicated preferences, and religious or cultural needs in line with program guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and kitchen teams to ensure orders meet medical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling, delivery, and dietary issues quickly.
  • Monitor escalations such as repeated missed deliveries or service dissatisfaction and resolve them with urgency.
  • Maintain accurate records of member communications, service changes, and escalations to meet payer requirements.
  • Export weekly service and utilization data to support invoicing and reporting for account managers and payers.
  • Gather structured feedback from members and providers to inform product and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support, case management, or member services, ideally in healthcare, nutrition, or health plans.
  • Strong communication skills with empathy for diverse populations.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive medical or personal information.
  • HIPAA knowledge is preferred, though training will be provided.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain compliance in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience working in a role that involves administrative support and service coordination is a plus.
  • Familiarity with member onboarding, care coordination, or healthcare service workflows is preferred.
