Description

  • Act as the primary Salesforce and CPQ administrator by executing system changes, implementing configuration updates, and maintaining documentation.
  • Own and evolve Revenue Operations dashboards that surface pipeline, bookings, churn, and net ARR insights for Sales and executive teams.
  • Support the weekly Revenue Growth Call through reporting, dashboard maintenance, data analysis, and recurring business metric preparation.
  • Build recurring and ad hoc reports for the CFO and CRO, including ARR forecasts and performance summaries used in board and FP&A presentations.
  • Partner with Deal Desk to streamline quote processing, CPQ configurations, quote templates, DocuSign formatting, and sales order accuracy.
  • Ensure end-to-end data consistency from quote to billing to revenue recognition.
  • Intake, triage, and resolve GTM systems requests across Sales, CS, and Finance.
  • Identify and resolve Salesforce and CPQ issues while leading continuous improvement efforts such as error reduction, automation, and documentation.
  • Support planning and implementation for upcoming CPQ upgrades or system transitions.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity across all GTM systems.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, or Salesforce administration in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification required.
  • Salesforce App Builder or CPQ Specialist certification preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, and revenue operations processes.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive stakeholders and partnering cross-functionally.
  • Experience with GTM tools such as ZoomInfo, Marketo, Zendesk, or RingLead.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of technical execution.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including executive-facing dashboards and ARR reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exposure to backend development, such as Apex, workflow automation, or scripting for Salesforce configuration, is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $120,000–$140,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and job-related skills.
  • Annual bonus target of 10% of base salary, bringing total target cash compensation to $132,000–$154,000.
