Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of a portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate account risk related to adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and environment health.
  • Lead escalation and coordinate internal resources to resolve customer issues until they are closed.
  • Guide customers toward fuller adoption of ControlUp capabilities that support their goals and increase ROI.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior IT professionals and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary project manager for customer implementations, coordinating resources and keeping work on track.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, support, R&D, and management on customer needs and requirements.
  • Serve as the customer advocate and voice of the customer within ControlUp.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder maps to surface value to decision-makers, sponsors, and executive audiences.
  • Understand customer use cases and workflows to provide guidance on product usage and optimization.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • High-level fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in an EUC or similar software company, ideally with startup or SaaS experience.
  • Proven ability to build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships in Fortune 100 companies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical outcomes into business value narratives.
  • Excellent organization, note-taking, project management, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, proactivity, and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Critical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Positive, customer-centric mindset with a focus on putting customer needs first.
  • Working knowledge of VDI and Citrix or VMware virtualization solutions is preferred.
  • Previous experience in SaaS and/or the IT space is preferred.
  • Experience with Outreach.io, Chorus, Salesforce, Slack, Splunk, Zoom, Clari, Confluence, and/or EverAfter is preferred.
  • Experience with the German C5 certification process is a strong plus.
  • Experience with the MEDDICC/MEDDPICC framework is preferred.
  • Some travel is required.
