Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 customer accounts across the region.
  • Own the post-sale customer relationship and help ensure customer success and ROI from the product suite.
  • Drive renewals for the regional book of business.
  • Align customer goals with ControlUp’s solutions through direct customer engagement.
  • Partner with CSMs, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services to deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Increase product adoption and license utilization through onboarding, enablement, and follow-up support.
  • Identify customer needs and expand accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor customer product experience and provide recommendations to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Support POD teams in growing customer accounts and maximizing revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams across EMEA and the US.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-growing SaaS business.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of more than 200 accounts across multiple segments or verticals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead seven-figure renewal negotiations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, proactivity, and anticipation of customer needs.
  • Background in one or more of the following: Customer Success Manager, Renewals, Sales, IT Manager, or Software Sales.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to putting customer needs first.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company events and customer on-sites.
  • Experience with Outreach.io, Gong, Salesforce, Slack, Splunk, Zoom, Google Workspace, and/or FileMaker Pro is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in or with organizations that have large IT departments is preferred.
  • Excellent organization, note-taking, project management, and time management skills are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of VDI and Citrix or VMware virtualization solutions is preferred.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
