Description

  • Provide data- and market-driven insights for business model design and decision-making.
  • Analyze revenue, ARR, churn, pipeline, and other commercial metrics to identify trends and recommend pricing and packaging improvements.
  • Combine product usage data with commercial metrics to assess retention, customer value, and performance drivers.
  • Build dashboards tracking pricing effectiveness and lead quarterly business reviews with executive summaries.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, packaging, and business models to inform commercial strategy.
  • Translate pricing decisions into requirements for CPQ, Product, and RevOps systems, including SKU management, quoting workflows, and UAT.
  • Create and maintain pricing calculators, field guides, and AI support tools for sales teams.
  • Establish feedback loops to measure business model performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, product analytics, strategy, revenue operations, or finance.
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills and advanced spreadsheet modeling experience.
  • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex commercial metrics and connect insights to business strategy and growth recommendations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, including presenting technical findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and use AI tools effectively.
  • Experience with SaaS pricing, packaging, licensing, monetization, or business model strategy preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, DealHub, and operationalizing pricing changes in business systems preferred.
  • Experience with product telemetry, usage data, competitive intelligence, dashboards, or recurring performance reporting preferred.
  • Background in strategy consulting, product management, revenue operations, finance, or high-growth B2B SaaS preferred.
