Description

  • Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, redactions, and related eDiscovery issues.
  • Perform first- and second-level document review as part of project teams.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage and analyze case materials.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members on review workflows.
  • Assist with legal research and other attorney support tasks as needed.
  • Participate in expert testimony and foreign language translation support when assigned.

Requirements

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, first review, and second review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work on a project-by-project basis with location and hours determined by the assignment.
  • Remote work availability may vary by project.
  • Must be eligible to work as an attorney in a contract document review capacity.

Benefits

  • $27 - $40 an hour compensation.
  • Remote work opportunities available on a project-by-project basis.
  • Hybrid and location-flexible assignments may be available depending on the project.
  • Work hours may be established outside standard business hours depending on the assignment.
