Description

  • Own the end-to-end integration journey for customers and system integrators from first setup through long-term adoption.
  • Define and drive a roadmap that reduces integration time, defects, and escalations.
  • Improve correctness for key tracking flows such as search, PDP, conversion, and sponsored click tracking.
  • Build and evolve validation and debugging tools that enable self-service for customers, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success.
  • Define clear support and capability boundaries to reduce high-visibility escalations and improve predictability.
  • Partner with Engineering, Solutions/Customer Success, and other Product teams to sequence work and de-risk launches.
  • Ensure new capabilities ship with integration readiness in mind.
  • Define and report KPI metrics such as time-to-first-value, adoption, defect rate, escalation volume, and documentation findability.
  • Drive continuous improvement across SDKs, integration patterns, docs, tracking, and data reliability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience shipping developer-facing or integration-heavy products such as SDKs, APIs, web tracking/instrumentation, data pipelines, or developer tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to reduce time-to-value or integration complexity in a B2B SaaS environment with measurable results.
  • Technical fluency to reason about event flows, browser and web constraints, attribution, versioning, breaking changes, and rollout risk.
  • Track record of strong cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Customer Success, Solutions, and other Product teams.
  • Comfort defining metrics and making decisions with imperfect data.
  • Experience building and reporting product health dashboards.
  • Strong written communication for specs, integration guides, capability docs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Experience working on customer-facing integrations or developer workflows, preferred.
