Description

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design for partner-led opportunities.
  • Collaborate with System Integrators and ISVs to design scalable integration architectures across APIs, ecommerce platforms, PIM, CMS, and data pipelines.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor in joint partner-customer engagements.
  • Support partners in building Proof Schedules, demos, and custom technical demonstrations.
  • Assist with RFP and RFI responses alongside partners and internal teams.
  • Design and deliver technical enablement programs and partner-facing technical GTM materials.
  • Create reusable assets such as reference architectures, integration guides, demo environments, and certification materials.
  • Define and uphold best practices and quality standards for partner-built integrations.
  • Support onboarding of new partners with hands-on technical guidance and implementation review.
  • Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.
  • Experience working with or alongside SI or ISV partner ecosystems.
  • Strong experience designing SaaS or API-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with modern ecommerce platforms and architectures such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools, SAP, or headless/composable systems.
  • Experience supporting Proof of Concept or pilot programs.
  • Hands-on experience with API-first platforms, including REST APIs, JSON data structures, webhook frameworks, and SDK integration patterns.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, preferably Node.js, or a similar scripting language.
  • Ability to troubleshoot APIs and integration workflows.
  • Experience building demo prototypes or lightweight integrations.
  • Preferred: experience in enterprise ecommerce or retail technology environments, AI/ML-driven SaaS platforms, partner enablement programs, certification frameworks, or cloud-native/composable architectures.
  • Preferred: multilingual capabilities in Portuguese or Spanish.
