Description

  • Ensure customers go live with the product and achieve strong results.
  • Understand customer organizations, roles, and competing priorities to help resolve misalignments.
  • Help craft internal and external messaging about what customers need to be successful.
  • Request, manage, and prioritize engineering time for customer-related work.
  • Handle and troubleshoot customer support requests.
  • Create and update customer documentation and training materials.
  • Identify ways to make the integration process more robust and improve customer success.
  • Work closely with technical teams, including data scientists, algorithm experts, and front-end engineers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience working directly with customers in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of APIs and prior experience interacting with them.
  • Ability to quickly understand organizational roles and prioritize the most important stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to persuade and motivate others to support the right course of action.
  • Comfort interacting with customers and solving new problems daily.
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly and think creatively to solve problems.
