Description

  • Support Quality Engineering teams in a disciplined agile environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Research, analyze, and document testing findings.
  • Test complex API, web, and mobile applications that connect to database back-end systems.
  • Create, maintain, execute, and troubleshoot automated test cases and test suites.
  • Review and diagnose reported bugs, reproduce issues, and verify fixes.
  • Derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle.
  • Assist in creating test plans, test cases, test procedures, and test reports.
  • Plan test schedules and testing strategies based on project scope and delivery dates.
  • Review software documentation for technical accuracy, compliance, completeness, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on software usability, functionality, and release readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and executing manual test cases for complex scenarios, edge cases, and usability validation.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining automated test suites using Cypress, Selenium, and similar modern frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for automation scripts and utilities.
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman and Karate.
  • Experience validating complex payment workflows.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab and Jenkins.
  • Understanding of PCI DSS and other compliance standards relevant to payment systems.
  • Proficiency in Git and collaborative version control workflows.
