Description

  • Provide high-quality product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospects and customers.
  • Serve as a key technical resource and product advisor to sales executives and prospective partners.
  • Support the sales team throughout the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
  • Research, analyze, document, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Consult with partners to recommend solutions that align product capabilities with business needs.
  • Scope technical solutions for larger and more complex partner requirements.
  • Execute proof-of-concepts at both technical and business levels to demonstrate value.
  • Prepare and contribute to technical RFPs and RFQs.
  • Represent technical and functional product capabilities to business and technical audiences.
  • Provide technical training, coaching, product support, and customer feedback to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with a business process or management application.
  • Experience with a CPQ tool.
  • Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Preferred experience as a Sales Consultant.
  • Preferred experience in channels such as MDP, VAR, OE, TSP, Internal IT, and/or MSP+.
  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% and work occasional outside normal business hours.
