Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during the product adoption phase.
  • Develop and execute tailored adoption plans aligned to partner goals, environments, and utilization targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate partners on product features and configuration.
  • Apply change management methods to help partners overcome resistance and embed new workflows.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and proactively intervene with at-risk partners.
  • Create and maintain adoption resources such as playbooks, guides, video tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Technical Support, and Partner Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and partner experience.
  • Document partner feedback and share product enhancement opportunities with Product Management.
  • Manage a portfolio of 30-50+ concurrent partner engagements and prioritize work by risk, impact, and timelines.
  • Achieve adoption success criteria within 30-90 days and transition partners to ongoing Customer Success management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, technical account management, implementation consulting, or a related B2B SaaS client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex software platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver training and lead consultative conversations.
  • Ability to interpret usage data, identify adoption patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience in the MSP industry, IT services sector, or familiarity with PSA, RMM, cybersecurity, or business management software is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
