Description

  • Provide mental health counseling sessions, including clinical risk assessments.
  • Respond to critical incidents and clinical crises as appropriate.
  • Complete required internal training, assignments, and clinical team meetings.
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Use data-driven decision making and measurement-based care in treatment delivery.
  • Review monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to monitor care quality.
  • Work independently while collaborating with other providers and clinical care navigators.
  • Maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week.

Requirements

  • Active unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in PA, VA, OH, IL, AZ, CT, MA, CO, and/or WI.
  • Licensed as a psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or similar discipline.
  • Unable to accept applicants who require licensed supervision.
  • Ability to work a full 40-hour work week.
  • Comfort with technology and telehealth delivery.
  • Ability and willingness to maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT.
  • Comfort with safety planning and intervention for higher-risk client situations.
  • Commitment to quality clinical care and continuous improvement.
  • Nice to have: 3+ years of post-licensed experience.
  • Nice to have: willingness to become cross-licensed in other states with company sponsorship.
  • Nice to have: openness to treating children, adolescents, couples, or families.
  • Nice to have: openness to working nights and weekends.

  • Target salary of $66,000-$70,000, with bonus opportunities based on performance.
