Description

  • Set goals and objectives for team members to drive financial and operational outcomes.
  • Manage a finance department spanning FP&A, reporting, and business partnering functions.
  • Provide thought leadership on financial strategy and influence organizational financial practices.
  • Partner with executive leadership on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Own short- and midterm execution of financial strategy, including planning cycles, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Lead and prioritize the daily work of the finance and FP&A teams.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach staff to build a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to align planning and reporting with business strategy.
  • Provide analysis and insights to support investment decisions, resource allocation, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Drive improvements to financial processes, policies, internal controls, and reporting accuracy.
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely completion and policy compliance.
  • Recommend system enhancements, process automation, and capability improvements using financial data and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
  • 5+ years of managerial or leadership experience.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and financial acumen.
  • Ability to diagnose complex financial challenges requiring in-depth analysis.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance leaders.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and financial planning tools.
  • Professional presence suitable for interaction with executive leadership and stakeholders across the business.
  • Remote work environment.
  • 0-10% travel may be required.
