Description

  • Support annual budgeting and multi-year planning by prioritizing investments tied to strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses that inform whether to pivot or double down on business initiatives.
  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate new products, markets, M&A targets, and partnerships.
  • Translate complex financial models and data into clear narratives for executive leadership and investors.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to resolve data issues and improve financial reporting.
  • Work with the Accounting team to ensure month-end close accuracy and alignment with strategic KPIs.
  • Develop actionable recommendations from large-scale financial and operational data for senior leadership.
  • Use AI-driven analytics and workflow automation to improve speed and execution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in high-impact analytical roles such as FP&A, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.
  • If coming from banking, at least 1 year of industry experience is required.
  • Expert-level financial modeling and scenario planning experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
  • Experience turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • AI-first mindset with experience automating workflows and experimenting with agentic methodologies.
  • Boston, MA preferred.

  • Starting salary of $124,000 - $166,000, depending on level, experience, qualifications, and other role-related factors.
