Description

  • Develop and maintain financial and operational models for the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan.
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and cash flow modeling.
  • Own monthly financial reporting and budget-to-actual variance analysis.
  • Partner with Accounting to support a timely and accurate month-end close.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and executive-ready narratives.
  • Analyze revenue, collections, staffing, labor, and margin performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Operations, Clinical Leadership, People, IT, and Business Intelligence on financial decision-making.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled and automated finance workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics and provide regular leadership reporting.
  • Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations for senior and executive leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • 3+ years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or a related analytical field, ideally in a high-growth or multi-entity environment.
  • 3+ years of manager or supervisor experience.
  • Recent hands-on experience implementing AI and automation tools in a finance or accounting setting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Strong financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision and auditability.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Must be fully vaccinated or eligible for an approved exemption before the start date.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of manager or supervisory experience.
  • Preferred: Healthcare experience, especially multi-site healthcare.
  • Preferred: Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Tipalti, and data-visualization tools.
  • Preferred: Exposure to county/municipal funding, fee-for-service revenue, and capitated arrangements.
  • Preferred: People-leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in a venture-backed, private-equity-backed, or other high-growth environment.
  • Preferred: CPA or CFA.
