Description

  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle and manage a quota-carrying account pipeline.
  • Contribute to the team’s pipeline through active account management and sales follow-up.
  • Become a product expert and represent the company to customers.
  • Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Influence product direction based on customer needs and feedback.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrate initiative, independence, and ownership in day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive at a SaaS company is required.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated personality is required.
  • Strong record of closing deals and exceeding monthly quotas.
  • Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to self-learn and work independently.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, busy work environment.
  • Availability to work remotely from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
