Description

  • Conduct manual testing across web experiences.
  • Perform manual integration, functional, non-functional, regression, system, and backend testing depending on level.
  • Test across multiple devices including mobiles, tablets, and computers through a third-party service.
  • Identify bugs before users encounter them and clearly describe issues for developers to fix.
  • Write bug reports and use cases and perform follow-up testing.
  • Handle complex testing scenarios and analyze defects to identify patterns across related issues.
  • Recommend improvements to improve test efficiency.
  • Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior testers at the mid level.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects and duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the Russian language.
  • Understanding of the testing process.
  • Ability to analyze the source of defects.
  • Experience maintaining test documentation.
  • Must pass an interview process including a test assignment.
  • Must reside in the time zone between GMT +7 and GMT +12.
  • Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm in the candidate’s local time.
  • Availability for calls and meetings during working hours.
  • Experience in server administration is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of Ubuntu, SQL databases, and web fundamentals including HTTP, browsers, HTML, CSS, XPath, and devices.
