Description

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable AI and GenAI solutions.
  • Set technical direction and influence architectural decisions across teams.
  • Lead high-impact projects from ideation through deployment and monitoring.
  • Build and maintain production-grade systems with strong performance, quality, and reliability.
  • Mentor senior and junior engineers and raise the bar for code quality.
  • Drive observability, resilience, incident response, and root-cause analysis for services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leadership to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Communicate technical decisions clearly and explain their business impact to stakeholders.
  • Support AI platform innovation and production-grade model deployment at scale.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery, and modern design patterns.
  • Experience building large-scale, production-grade systems.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Significant experience building AI/ML or GenAI applications.
  • Knowledge of model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ML techniques, generative models, or LLMs.
  • Preferred experience with advanced ML algorithms, NLP, transformers, or diffusion models.
  • Deep familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with GCP technologies such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, GKE, GCS, and DataFlow.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Experience with messaging systems like Kafka.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or the AI/ML community.
  • Additional programming language experience in C#, Java, or Scala.
