Description

  • Design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning solutions for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production.
  • Perform data processing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and tuning for runtime performance.
  • Lead small to medium-sized initiatives while owning specific components of the machine learning solution.
  • Work with engineers to deploy modules, support platform upgrades, and improve automated testing and reliability.
  • Document technical work thoroughly to support development, continuity, and future enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and training to Sales, Implementation, and Support teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and help ensure code quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 2+ years in data science, software development, or data engineering.
  • Experience with AI model development, training, scoring, and deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with ML libraries and frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Scikit-learn, Spark ML, Git, and MLflow.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and Databricks.
  • Working knowledge of Spark and Pandas for data analytics.
  • Understanding of software testing, benchmarking, continuous integration, model management, data versioning, and pipeline orchestration.
  • Knowledge of distributed computing and advanced machine learning or AI models such as neural networks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Certifications in NLP, recommender systems, or Azure AI Engineer are an added advantage.
