Description

  • Define and maintain the 3-month, 6-month, and 12–24 month product roadmap, balancing customer commitments with strategic investments.
  • Own the full rebate object model, including program configuration, accrual logic, payment request, and settlement.
  • Build domain expertise in rebate and channel-incentive workflows, including volume-based, growth, tiered, and multi-level program structures.
  • Partner with engineering to shape the backlog, prioritize trade-offs, and deliver iteratively in an agile environment.
  • Translate customer pain points from escalations, implementation feedback, and discovery into well-scoped product requirements.
  • Work with product marketing to position Rebates competitively and support analyst briefings and go-to-market narratives.
  • Define and track product health metrics such as adoption, accrual accuracy, settlement cycle time, and retention signals.
  • Represent Rebates cross-functionally by aligning with Pricing, CPQ, and Data Platform product teams on integrated commercial workflows.
  • Lead the modernization and ongoing improvement of the Rebates platform to close the gap between current and target product performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to own complex, data-intensive products end-to-end.
  • Strong discovery skills to distinguish customer requests from underlying needs.
  • Clear, confident communication with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile/Scrum environments with distributed engineering teams.
  • Direct experience with rebate management, channel incentives, trade promotion, or adjacent financial-workflow products is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise distribution, manufacturing, or CPG customer environments is highly preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent business/analytical background is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a post-merger or PE-backed SaaS environment is highly preferred.
