Description

  • Lead product planning and define the roadmap for centralized assurance products and content and methodology projects.
  • Translate product vision into actionable requirements aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Partner with engineering and design leads to prioritize the backlog, make trade-offs, and sequence delivery.
  • Define success metrics and track measurable improvements in product performance and user experience.
  • Own delivery of central methodology projects by translating methodology requirements into product capabilities with subject-matter experts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and design reusable, consistent solutions across products.
  • Support global initiatives across the product suite, including the rollout and adoption of AI tooling.
  • Lead execution of multi-sprint, cross-team initiatives with milestones, risk management, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain documentation and enablement resources while monitoring performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS environments, ideally across multiple product lines or domains.
  • Proven success delivering products or projects that serve multiple teams, product lines, or global markets.
  • Strong technical fluency and comfort discussing trade-offs and design decisions with engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills with the ability to simplify complexity into clear product direction.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and documentation abilities.
  • Experience defining KPIs and using data to measure product health and adoption.
  • Experience delivering AI-powered features or rolling out AI tooling to product and engineering teams is preferred.
  • Experience working in AI-native product development environments with agentic tools and fast, iterative cycles is preferred.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region product rollouts is preferred.
  • Prior hands-on software engineering experience is preferred.
  • Technical or engineering degree is preferred.
  • Experience working in fintech, assurance, or regulated SaaS industries is preferred.
