Description

  • Lead major standalone product initiatives from market discovery and strategy through technical execution and global launch.
  • Define and document the core Forter experience standards, including innovative experience patterns and agentic flows.
  • Identify and implement practical AI and automation opportunities that improve merchant workflows.
  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to raise the UX quality bar across the product ecosystem.
  • Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps and manage trade-offs across innovation, feasibility, and user experience.
  • Act as a center of excellence for other product teams by providing blueprints and guidance for consistent product experiences.
  • Define success metrics across business, UX, and data dimensions for key initiatives.
  • Use data-driven iteration to improve product efficiency, effectiveness, and user delight.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • Hands-on experience building with AI, such as agents, LLM-powered features, or workflow automation.
  • Strong familiarity with current AI trends.
  • Strong product sense and analytical skills, including the ability to frame problems and define success metrics.
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to lead complex initiatives end to end.
  • Experience in fraud, risk, payments, identity, ecommerce, or analytics/dashboards is preferred.
  • Background in UX systems, design systems, front-end platforms, or UI component libraries is preferred.
  • Experience working in multi-product platforms where consistency and scale matter is preferred.
