Description

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for core maintenance workflows, tools, and automations.
  • Drive the vision for running maintenance in one connected system across in-house teams and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with research, design, engineering, data science, marketing, and customer-facing teams to shape strategy and decisions.
  • Ensure the maintenance experience is customer-driven, data-informed, and optimized to automate coordination, control costs, and improve vehicle availability.
  • Deeply understand the operational realities of in-house shops and outsourced maintenance.
  • Balance reliability and depth in high-usage, mission-critical workflows with the pace of shipping new value.
  • Generate, test, and iterate on hypotheses to improve the product experience.
  • Communicate product vision, trade-offs, risks, insights, and roadmap updates to stakeholders, executives, and customers.
  • Guide features through discovery, ideation, specification, testing, delivery, launch, analysis, and optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation, zero-to-one innovation, and revenue expansion.
  • Work with the team to improve the development process and deliver high-quality features more efficiently.
  • Raise product quality standards based on strong evidence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in modern B2B, technology-driven SaaS environments, with ownership of core product areas end to end.
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field/experience.
  • Experience owning complex, workflow-heavy products where reliability and operational depth are critical.
  • In-depth knowledge of product management best practices and fluency with data.
  • Strong customer and business orientation, with a focus on shortening time to value.
  • Ability to understand user needs and translate feedback, facts, and requirements into product recommendations and launch execution.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable presenting to customers, prospects, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Experience in fleet, automotive, transportation software, vertical SaaS, or a related space (preferred).
  • Domain knowledge of maintenance, field service, asset management, or shop operations (preferred).
  • Experience optimizing mature, high-usage products and building zero-to-one products (preferred).
  • Experience with marketplace or multi-sided products (preferred).
