Description

  • Respond to requests from law enforcement and government authorities worldwide.
  • Review and assess critical safety incident and emergency-related requests and coordinate timely engagement with law enforcement.
  • Identify high-risk requests and escalate them to LE Ops management for review.
  • Investigate, track, analyze, and accurately respond to legal requests for user data.
  • Document investigation findings, decisions, and case outcomes thoroughly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive investigations and materials.
  • Provide recommendations on the best course of action for responding to requests.
  • Partner with CS, Safety, and Trust teams to refer relevant criminal matters to law enforcement.
  • Mentor newer associates and participate in training new team members.
  • Contribute to process improvement and share best practices with the team.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located without visa sponsorship.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in legal operations, investigative, or analytical roles.
  • Experience using computer systems, internet technologies, and software such as MS Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Salesforce, or interest in learning them.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize large ticket volumes.
  • Ability to communicate tactfully with law enforcement and other stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve issues in a rapidly changing environment.
  • This is a full-time role requiring regular shift work, including some holidays and weekends, with shifts either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
  • Up to 10% travel is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Investigative experience is preferred.
  • Experience in data cleaning, data visualization, and/or data engineering is preferred.
