Description

  • Provide best-in-class customer service to Comprehensive clients.
  • Act as a liaison between Regulatory Support teams and client stakeholders to advocate for client needs.
  • Manage client account activation implementations and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Deliver weekly status reports to firm stakeholders on ongoing matters.
  • Build partnerships with Comprehensive Compliance Consultants to support compliance matters efficiently.
  • Support regulatory filing requests by coordinating with analysts, consultants, and product development teams.
  • Educate clients on the Comply for RIA platform and included services to help them maximize value.
  • Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Review and interpret data from multiple sources and identify discrepancies.
  • Manage case details in Salesforce and track regulatory support cases through their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate daily with Client Support, Product, Development, Compliance, and senior management on client needs and compliance issues.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9-5 EST.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Major in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately analyze and interpret data.
  • Strong organizational, time management, case management, troubleshooting, and resolution skills.
  • Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume call environment and/or client support role is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems, SaaS technology, MS Office, Python, and SQL is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time role based in the United States.
  • Base salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
  • All-in total compensation of $60,500 to $77,000.
  • Applicable bonus and benefit offerings.
