Description

  • Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Process, manage, and serve as the primary contact for a pipeline of Home Equity loans.
  • Maintain a progressing pipeline of 30-50 loan applications.
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients, third parties, vendors, loan officers, underwriters, and closers.
  • Request, gather, and analyze borrower and third-party documentation for underwriting approval.
  • Set borrower expectations and serve as the main point of contact through closing.
  • Support broker channel loan fulfillment and provide interdepartmental support as needed.
  • Adapt to changing mortgage guidelines and changing priorities.
  • Strive to meet or exceed productivity expectations and deadlines.
  • Set expectations with realtors and referral sources regarding the mortgage process.

Requirements

  • 2 years of mortgage processing industry experience preferred.
  • Broker fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a pipeline of 30-50 loans of mixed variety.
  • Knowledge of Encompass LOS.
  • Knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under time constraints in a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong team mentality and ability to work well as part of a group.
  • Eagerness to deliver a strong client experience throughout the process.
  • Must be highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
