Description

  • Set up and configure the Comply platform to activate new client accounts.
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer account activation implementations and meet deadlines.
  • Review, interpret, and upload data from multiple sources while identifying discrepancies.
  • Prioritize and manage support cases in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Track support case details in the case management system.
  • Update clients on project status and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Product Development teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate tasks to reach deadlines.
  • Provide responsive, efficient support that exceeds client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is a plus.
  • 0–3 years of work experience.
  • Must be available for one of three East Coast shifts: 8AM–4PM, 9AM–5PM, or 10AM–6PM Monday through Friday.
  • Must be open to working evenings, occasional weekends, and/or holidays.
  • Excellent customer-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately analyze and interpret data.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting, resolution, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Experience in a high-volume call environment or customer support role is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems, SaaS technology, MS Office, and software support is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time position.
  • All-in total compensation of $49,500 to $55,000.
  • Base salary range of $45,000 to $50,000.
  • Bonus and benefit offerings included in total compensation.
