Description

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Czech-speaking clients via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Process customer inquiries related to products, accounts, and services efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues customers may experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about company products and industry news to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience with a focus on solutions and support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new lifestyle.
