Description

  • Provide timely customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist customers with questions about products, accounts, and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
  • Stay up to date on product information and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural experience.
