Description

  • Lead structured value discovery sessions with prospective customers to quantify the cost of their current automation gap.
  • Map customer workflows to Complexio’s platform capabilities and identify where measurable impact can be created.
  • Build defensible business cases and ROI models that quantify value across labour, error reduction, decision speed, revenue protection, delay reduction, and compliance savings.
  • Translate business case outputs into executive-ready materials such as CFO-grade financial models, board summaries, and ROI one-pagers.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Directors, and Solutions Consultants in enterprise sales cycles to lead the value workstream.
  • Run executive value workshops with C-suite and operational leaders to move from pain identification to quantified opportunity.
  • Own the value realisation framework for customers from deployment through steady-state operation.
  • Establish baseline KPIs, conduct regular value reviews, and report delivered value against commitments.
  • Build and maintain benchmark libraries and sector-specific value models grounded in customer data and industry benchmarks.
  • Train and coach commercial teams on value-based selling, and feed customer outcome data back into product prioritisation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in value engineering, value advisory, business value consulting, or management consulting.
  • Direct experience in enterprise software, process automation, or AI/data platform contexts is ideal.
  • Demonstrable experience building and presenting rigorous business cases and ROI models to C-suite and finance stakeholders.
  • Strong financial modelling skills, including NPV, IRR, and payback analysis from first principles.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise investment decision-making, approval processes, and internal sponsorship dynamics.
  • Experience conducting operational process analysis and quantifying time, cost, and risk in complex workflows.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence for presenting to CFOs, COOs, and senior leaders.
  • Commercial awareness of how value engineering affects deal velocity, win rates, expansion, and retention.
  • Experience in maritime, shipping, energy, or industrial sectors is desirable.
  • Experience with process mining, workflow analytics, operational intelligence tools, or AI automation economics is desirable.
