Description

Own the full frontend for Stevie, including conversational AI interfaces, content feeds, document generation, and collaborative features.
Shape the product experience that determines whether enterprise customers trust the system, get value quickly, and return.
Design and implement frontend solutions for enterprise AI interactions such as citations from knowledge graphs, streaming responses, and confidence indicators.
Influence product direction and architectural decisions for the frontend as the product evolves.
Collaborate with backend engineers on data contracts and API integration for real-time and production-facing experiences.
Turn ambiguous product problems into concrete, shippable frontend solutions.
Prototype, ship, and iterate on user-facing features based on customer feedback.
Push back on unclear UX and help define polished, product-driven interfaces.
Work in a fast-moving environment where engineering decisions are made by engineers with direct ownership.

Requirements

5+ years of frontend experience in production.
Deep understanding of rendering models, performance characteristics, and frontend architectural patterns.
Strong product sense and the ability to challenge UX decisions when needed.
Experience shipping real user-facing products.
Experience with real-time or streaming UI patterns such as WebSockets, SSE, or similar live data approaches.
Comfort working through ambiguity and turning vague problems into concrete frontend solutions.
Ability to ship end-to-end from prototype to production and iterate based on feedback.
Experience in Enterprise/B2B SaaS and understanding of trust-sensitive business users.
AI product experience, including latency UX, citation rendering, and hallucination presentation.
Strong design sensibility for building polished interfaces without a designer present.
Backend literacy and ability to read REST APIs and collaborate on data contracts.
Startup experience working in small, fast-moving teams with multiple responsibilities.
Comfort using AI tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
