Description

Perform complex delivery management across client engagements, defining project roadmaps, financials, timelines, and multiple workstreams.
Define and operate within an agile project governance framework, facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies to drive team velocity.
Guide product and technical roadmaps, anticipate risks, and steer solutions from discovery and prototyping to production.
Translate business goals into actionable technical requirements and explain technical constraints back to stakeholders.
Manage cross-team dependencies and priorities to keep delivery moving safely and efficiently.
Listen to stakeholders to uncover true business needs and cut through noise to define appropriate solutions.
Serve as the functional authority for Data, Technology, & AI solutions by evaluating use case feasibility and mapping data lineage and schema needs.
Partner with Solution Architects and Engineers to align on technical strategy, validate pipeline and model approaches, and ensure readiness for production.
Define success metrics, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manually validate data quality and model readiness as part of quality assurance.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product ownership and technical program management.
Strong consulting background, ideally with experience at reputable consulting firms.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Proven ability to bridge non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams and drive executive communication and consensus.
Experience operating in Data, Technology, or AI environments, with understanding of data pipelines, advanced analytics, or modern architectures.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog management and leading ceremonies in rapid development cycles.
Hands-on experience with requirements documentation, data validation, and UAT planning.
Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and able to serve as the single source of truth for a solution.
Must reside and work remotely from one of the following U.S. states: California, Washington, Texas, Oregon, Colorado, Pennsylvania, or Georgia.
