Description

Assess demand, develop budgets and launch timelines, and coordinate venues, permits, schedules, and staffing.
Follow up with players and team captains to convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill program capacity.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, and equipment, ensuring readiness and resolving delivery issues.
Build partnerships, support campaigns, increase repeat registrations, and identify new program and location opportunities.
Manage player communications, resolve complaints, and restore customer confidence when issues arise.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, and retention, and report progress and improvement plans.
Act quickly on problems, escalate decisions when needed, and build processes to prevent recurring issues.
Work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

Requirements

Be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Have practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities, or program operations.
Demonstrate sustained passion for sport through direct involvement.
Have strong organizational and numerical skills.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Be confident using spreadsheets and operational systems.
Be able to coordinate people remotely.
Demonstrate ownership, resourcefulness, tenacity, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Submit a CV and summary of sports programs supported, personal responsibilities, and results achieved.
Complete the Culture Index and Criteria GAME assessments in English using the same email as the application.

Benefits

USD $1,000–$1,500 monthly base compensation, depending on experience.
Potential for USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses based on agreed targets; bonuses are variable and not guaranteed.
Opportunity to progress from Coordinator to Manager within the first six months based on performance and successful probation completion.
