Description

Assess demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, and coordinate venues, permits, schedules, and staffing.
Follow up with players and team captains to convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill programs.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, and equipment, ensuring programs are ready to run.
Resolve operational issues during games and program delivery.
Build partnerships, support marketing campaigns, and identify new programs and locations.
Manage player communications, resolve complaints, and restore customer confidence.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, and retention, and report progress and gaps.
Develop and test practical growth initiatives, expanding approaches that deliver results.
Escalate issues early with proposed solutions and build processes to prevent repeat failures.

Requirements

Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities, or program operations.
Demonstrated sustained involvement in and passion for sport.
Strong organizational and numerical skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Confidence using spreadsheets and operational systems.
Ability to coordinate people remotely.
Must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Availability to work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

Benefits

USD $1,000–$1,500 monthly base compensation, depending on experience.
Potential for USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses based on agreed targets; bonuses are variable and not guaranteed.
Progression from Coordinator toward Manager responsibilities over the first six months.
Manager promotion opportunity following successful probation and a six-month performance review.
