Description

Assess demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, and coordinate venues, permits, schedules, and staffing.
Follow up with players and team captains to convert enquiries into paid registrations and fill program spaces.
Coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, and equipment, ensuring readiness before games and resolving delivery issues.
Build partnerships, support campaigns, test new offers, and identify opportunities for new programs and locations.
Manage player communications, resolve complaints, and restore customer confidence when issues arise.
Track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, and retention; report progress, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
Pursue growth targets, escalate issues with proposed solutions, and build processes to prevent repeat failures.

Requirements

Be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.
Practical experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities, or program operations.
Demonstrated sustained involvement in and passion for sport.
Strong organizational and numerical skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Confidence using spreadsheets and operational systems.
Ability to coordinate people remotely.
Availability to work predominantly evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

Benefits

USD $1,000–$1,500 monthly base compensation, depending on experience.
Potential to earn USD $1,000+ per month in performance bonuses based on agreed targets; bonuses are variable and not guaranteed.
Opportunity to progress from Coordinator to Manager after probation and a six-month performance review.
