Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during specific deployments and maintain clear communication and alignment with expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and customers to deliver services on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for service delivery, including planning, execution, fit-out, and close-out phases.
  • Assess customer changes for cost and schedule impact and obtain approvals as required.
  • Record, track, approve, and progress customer changes through the delivery process.
  • Proactively identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support future engagement opportunities.
  • Understand customer contractual obligations and manage delivery to minimize contractual risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, construction, or service delivery.
  • Experience in the data center, telecom, IT services, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Strong understanding of data center services, infrastructure, and delivery processes.
  • Exceptional customer communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or similar preferred.
  • PMP or other project management certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and electrical one-line diagrams is an added benefit.
  • Experience interpreting customer contracts is an added benefit.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship for employment visas is not available.
  • Travel up to 10%-20%.
