Description

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance for clinical and corporate positions.
  • Recruit for roles including Behavioral Health Care Managers, Psychiatric Consultants, Outreach & Engagement Specialists, and other key functions.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent in competitive markets.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines of behavioral health professionals across multiple states.
  • Cultivate relationships with passive candidates and long-term talent communities before hiring needs become urgent.
  • Use market intelligence to anticipate hiring trends and workforce challenges.
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers on recruiting strategy, market conditions, and hiring decisions.
  • Help define role requirements, interview strategies, and selection criteria.
  • Maintain a high hiring bar and challenge hiring managers when needed to support strong hiring decisions.
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience required; behavioral health recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting licensed clinicians such as LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, Psychologists, and PMHNPs.
  • Strong understanding of clinical licensure requirements and multi-state healthcare recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in startup, high-growth, or rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and recruit passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Experience partnering directly with founders, executives, and hiring leaders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A builder's mindset, resourcefulness, and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Fully remote 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
