Description

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets for assigned brands.
  • Manage inbound sales calls and conduct outbound outreach to warm leads.
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs, present solutions, and convert opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by partnering with students and customers on their goals.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the competitive landscape and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with team members to expand the business into new areas, products, and services.
  • Work closely with Customer Services, contact center, tech support, and staff to support relationships and retention.
  • Maintain pipeline reporting, sales forecasting, and weekly or monthly reports in HubSpot CRM, Five9, and related systems.
  • Complete administrative duties and assigned reports related to sales activity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience required, ideally in a phone or contact center environment.
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to maximize sales opportunities and overcome objections.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong competitive sales background and first-call closing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
