Description

  • Develop and update course content according to project specifications, standards, and guidelines with senior-level oversight.
  • Format course materials to meet project design specifications.
  • Maintain course and academic content in institutional storage systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with Course Development team members throughout course development.
  • Prepare PDF files and deliverables for print vendors, internal stakeholders, and partners as needed.
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving.
  • Use authoring, production, content management, digital asset, and learning management tools to create course materials.
  • Support course maintenance requests in line with client service-level commitments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Graphic Arts, publishing, education, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience building online courses in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise creating complex content in PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing multiple assignments and prioritizing effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and improve processes, including with AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Expertise with InDesign for printed textbook files (strongly preferred).
  • Experience building courses in Articulate Rise or Storyline (preferred).
  • Graphic design experience (preferred).
