Description

  • Own end-to-end performance of the paid media program across LinkedIn, paid search, newsletters, and experimental channels.
  • Drive month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter growth in paid-sourced pipeline by optimizing targeting, messaging, creative, and budget allocation.
  • Translate platform data and customer insights into campaign concepts and creative briefs.
  • Partner with Brand Design to launch, test, and refresh image, carousel, and video ads.
  • Synthesize data across ad platforms, CRM, and sales insights to explain campaign performance and identify what is driving results.
  • Design and execute structured experiments in new or underutilized paid channels such as Reddit and YouTube.
  • Report on performance with clear analysis of both outcomes and underlying reasons.
  • Refine messaging and creative based on performance data and customer behavior.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience owning paid media performance for a B2B SaaS company, with a focus on pipeline or revenue outcomes.
  • Deep hands-on experience running LinkedIn paid social, including audience strategy, creative testing, campaign architecture, and budget management.
  • Demonstrated success improving paid performance over time.
  • Strong experience with creative-led formats including single image, carousel, and video ads.
  • Experience partnering with design teams to translate performance insights into campaign concepts.
  • Bias toward experimentation and comfort owning tests of new channels and ad formats.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to turn complex performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Full-time, permanent availability.
  • Nice to have experience expanding into emerging or underutilized paid channels such as Reddit or YouTube.
