Description

  • Co-own enterprise deal strategy for CoLab’s most strategic opportunities and partner with revenue stakeholders to define the path to close.
  • Run executive, management, and user workshops that uncover transformation goals, workflow friction, and urgency for change.
  • Coach customer champions and align stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and C-suite leadership.
  • Pressure test business cases and ensure CoLab’s value is tied to measurable engineering and manufacturing outcomes.
  • Build executive narratives, business cases, and deal decks that move buying groups forward.
  • Develop strategies to expand into new industries and grow accounts after the first sale.
  • Partner with enablement to turn winning patterns into content, training, and tools for the revenue team.
  • Translate learnings across revenue accounts into scalable playbooks and best practices.
  • Synthesize strategic account signals into structured product feedback that informs the roadmap.
  • Validate product concepts with key customers and support market trend and customer insight gathering for leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, product development, or business transformation environments.
  • Founder exposure through mentorship, time inside a founding team, or close proximity to leadership.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to read and respond to executive dynamics in real time.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical capability into business outcomes for senior leaders.
  • Strong context switching ability across board-level discussions, workflow mapping, and customer leadership conversations.
  • Operationally minded and able to identify process drag, workflow breakdowns, and business-level impact.
  • Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to write concisely and build compelling decks under pressure.
  • Fluency with AI tools to accelerate research, messaging, and execution.
  • Competitive, high-cadence working style with the ability to own outcomes and learn quickly from losses.
