Description

  • Own delivery of strategic customer projects from technical discovery through production deployment and success measurement.
  • Build and deploy complex system integrations, backend services, and data pipelines.
  • Interface with enterprise systems including data lakes, identity management and access control solutions, PLM, and ERP systems.
  • Stand up CoLab integrations and organize incoming data for use in features such as AutoReview and Operator.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs, propose solutions, and guide adoption.
  • Develop targeted solutions for specific customer requirements while keeping the broader customer base in mind.
  • Work closely with customer success, product, design, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to remove blockers and deliver results.
  • Bring customer requirements and learnings back to the development team.
  • Lead deeply technical conversations with customer engineering and IT teams.
  • Navigate ambiguity, external team dynamics, and timeline pressure to keep projects moving forward.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering complex technical solutions for projects with unclear requirements.
  • Ability to write clean, production-grade code in multiple languages; language-agnostic mindset.
  • Comfort working in unfamiliar technical and organizational environments.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as data lakes, identity providers, PLM, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to break down ambiguity, sequence work, and adjust scope without losing momentum.
  • Confidence leading deeply technical conversations with customer engineering or IT teams.
  • Outcome-oriented mindset focused on delivering customer value, not just writing code.
  • Adaptability and a "go figure it out" approach when priorities or conditions change.
  • Prior experience embedding within customer environments as part of enterprise SaaS deployments (preferred).
  • Experience building or integrating AI-powered features (preferred).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or engineering data, processes, or systems (preferred).
  • Experience with API-first products or developer platforms (preferred).
