Description

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and other key initiatives.
  • Work with product development teams to identify and prioritize features based on user needs and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate product capabilities into clear messaging for different customer segments.
  • Create launch and marketing assets such as one-pagers, web copy, email sequences, and case studies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch activities including content creation, PR outreach, influencer marketing, and email marketing.
  • Work with KOLs and influencers in the crypto and Web3 ecosystem to promote products and build brand awareness.
  • Define KPIs for go-to-market success and refine strategies based on performance insights.
  • Partner with content, demand generation, and product teams to support product launches and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in technology companies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the crypto, Web3, or blockchain space.
  • Proven track record of launching products and driving adoption through hands-on marketing efforts.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
  • Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and go-to-market strategy development.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a standalone role with a diverse, global team.
  • Comfort working in a startup environment where priorities shift quickly and speed is important.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with both technical and creative expertise.
