Description

  • Define the vision and roadmap for on-chain data products at CoinMarketCap.
  • Write clear user stories and product requirement documents.
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to guide product direction.
  • Evaluate launched products and features rigorously to measure impact and quality.
  • Monitor the competitive and partner landscape relevant to on-chain data products.
  • Challenge assumptions and identify new ways to improve product performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers with a strong focus on UX and UI design.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of on-chain data from both technical and business perspectives.
  • Experience building products that use a wide breadth of on-chain data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a technical field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to build product vision and roadmap alignment with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics, and user feedback, to prioritize decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex ideas simply.
  • Results-driven, hands-on approach with a track record of launching successful products.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a dynamic team environment.
