Description

  • Monitor online platforms such as X and Reddit for brand mentions, negative comments, and positive initiatives to protect reputation and trust.
  • Manage sensitive or challenging situations quickly and transparently by providing factual information and helping prevent escalation.
  • Craft clear, consistent messaging and narratives that communicate the brand’s core story and resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth execution of campaign strategies.
  • Oversee public relations activities, including handling community inquiries and requests, to maintain a positive public image.
  • Track, analyze, and report on public relations performance with summaries and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with media outlets and industry stakeholders to represent the company’s voice in PR strategy.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of public relations experience, preferably in an agency or in-house role.
  • Experience working with clients or companies in crypto, technology, consumer finance, financial services, venture capital, entertainment, or gaming.
  • Solid understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and key blockchain protocols.
  • Demonstrated success in improving brand reputation and managing challenging situations on social media.
  • Established relationships with media outlets and influencers.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders (preferred).
