Description

Define marketing objectives in partnership with senior leaders and the leadership team.
Drive execution of marketing strategies and tactics to achieve quarterly and annual results.
Lead and enable marketing team leads across business units to deliver commercial outcomes.
Support local and community management teams in expanding the addressable market for CoinMarketCap products and ecosystem.
Build a culture of performance and data orientation through disciplined project management across social media, web, chat, content, and video assets.
Support Brand and PR teams in communicating a clear and compelling narrative about CoinMarketCap and its role in the decentralized web.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech companies.
5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership or management role.
Proven track record of delivering growth metrics such as web traffic, leads, client conversions, and revenue generation.
Experience managing a complex portfolio of products with multiple brands, customer audiences, and conversion funnels.
Experience managing budgets and making trade-off decisions using quantitative analysis and product outcomes.
Strong project management capability and detail orientation.
Experience growing user or developer communities to support market adoption of technologies.
Ability to manage a complex, remote-first team with diverse backgrounds, opinions, and working styles.
Collaborative approach to working with senior stakeholders with differing views and expectations.
Ability to leverage a professional network to achieve business objectives and help grow the team as the business matures.
